Future Plans

Montessori method of pre-school education is one of the best things that can happen to a toddler whose mind flies and the body crawls; learning should be intense and fun. Highly individualised and self directed, is ideal for the exploring mind. Any other mode of learning is more intimidating than exhilarating.

Keeping this in mind and the ideal situation of a child walking to the environment, we are creating unique Montessori Environments of our own and each one is named after a flower. Children from these environments would directly go to one of the GEAR Schools or would have a preference in admission to Std 1.

ELRI is an institute dedicated to grooming teachers of extraordinary ability and vision.

Wise countries invest on education. Wise Governments invest on building diligent teachers. We as a nation do not even realize how difficult it is to find a sensible teacher. 'Boom' to 'bust' is a short distance. We can take wise steps to create many mini-booms that will sustain major and rare booms. ELRI is the vision of a few dedicated souls to set up an exemplary model to train teachers of the future. Support of conscientious people, in a big and small way, is going to determine the future of this program and to a large extent the future of our country.
